Highlights of the evening included the Dean’s
announcement of a pledge from the Masterbuilders
Association of Jamaica to provide scholarships/
bursaries to the sum of $300,000 and the introduction
of a new award, the Conroy Jacobs Award for
Outstanding Performance in the GIS module, for 3rd
year URP students.
