Memorandum of Understanding for Ganja Research
On February 21, 2015, the College signed a MOU with
Balaram Vaswani, Chairman and Chief Ganja Officer of
Ganja Labs LLC, USA. This agreement will allow for the
financing of green houses and laboratories to be used
for the testing of the marijuana plants on the Papine
Campus and will also allow the University to store new
genetic plants and materials.

Physical Expansion
On June 1, 2014, the College’s new extension at 2B
Braemar Avenue was officially handed over to the
University on a fifteen-year lease arrangement. This
facility was renovated to allow for the accommodation
of office space and two lecture rooms each capable of
seating forty-two students. Graduate courses of study
offered through the Caribbean School of Nursing, will
be delivered from that location.
