During the reporting period
the School of Graduate
Studies Research and
Entrepreneurship (SGSRE)
continued the mandate to
build graduate education
and research, to secure
consultancies and grants,
to manage intellectual property rights, advance
the programme for sustainable energy use and
cost savings, and to oversee University academic
publications, particularly the flagship Journal of Arts
Science and Technology (JAST).
GRADUATE STUDIES
In the 2014-2015 Academic Year the University offered
34 graduate degree programmes, including one new
approved course of study - the Post Graduate Diploma
in Dietetics and Nutrition Internship Programme,
