Mitchell Gillian, Mrs

Mrs Gillian Mitchell is currently a Lecturer, in the School of Business Administration, at the University of Technology Jamaica.  Her area of speciality is Human Resource Management.

Mrs Mitchell has over 30 years of experience in business and education and has had the opportunity to work in both the private and public sectors, here in Jamaica.

She has lead teams in curriculum development, training, educational and corporate development programmes.  Through her business consultancy, she has provided training and manpower planning support for a number of organizations.

A trained and experienced adult educator, she has a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of the West Indies (UWI), a Bachelor of Arts (UWI Second Class Honours) and a post-graduate Certificate in Teaching.  Mrs Mitchell is also a certification e-tutoring.
