expected to maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 throughout the duration
of their course and to be eligible for the award of a graduate degree. Failure to
maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 will result in the student being
placed on academic probation for one semester immediately following the
semester in which the academic deficiency occurred. At the end of the period
of academic probation, if the student cumulative GPA is still below 3.0, the
student will be discontinued from the course of study.
The University official alpha grading system is used for the marking scheme
and recording students’ academic performance on their transcripts.
