Today, it is my privilege to celebrate this significant achievement with you. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to each of you for reaching this important milestone. You are esteemed graduates of the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech, Ja.), the national STEM university with a proud legacy of excellence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics since our inception in 1958.
