The Career and Placement Unit, for the first time this year, opted to facilitate online registration for Job Fair 2017. The new online application, which was developed by SAPNA, assisted in the entire signing up process for both participating students and companies alike. This application assisted in scheduling interviews as well as storing the large amount of data that is usually derived from job fairs. A survey conducted to capture feedback after the event, indicated that 23.1 % of the respondents received job offers and 60% had been offered a second interview.
